There is a proposal to walk the whole of the Gwili Railway, under supervision from a Gwili
staff member, from their new station (yet to be opened) at Abergwili Junction through to
Llanpumpsaint.  It's about a 4-hour walk and some of the terrain is rough, so you would need to
be fit and have some decent walking boots.  A donation of £10 towards the Gwili extension fund
is required, and you must buy your own lunch at The Railway Inn, Llanpumpsaint.  The walk will
be held on a Saturday in June.  The minimum age is 18, and numbers are limited to a maximum of
20 people.  If you are interested, please contact nigelbird.books@virgin.net
